We’re a small, family-run nail salon in Magnolia, and we treat the people who walk through our door like neighbors — because most of you are. We’d rather shake hands and keep it simple, but a few lines of plain legal language keep everyone protected. Read it once, ask us anything that’s unclear, and let’s get back to the fun part: your nails.
1. Our services
Crystal Nail Spa Salon offers nail and beauty services including manicures, pedicures, shellac and gel polish, builder gel, dipping powder, acrylic and nail enhancements, nail art, facials, and waxing. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service at our discretion, including where a health, safety, or sanitation concern exists.
2. Appointments & walk-ins
We welcome both appointments and walk-ins. Online requests are confirmed by our team and are not guaranteed until confirmed. We do our best to honor your preferred time, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change so we can offer the spot to another guest.
3. Pricing & payment
Final pricing depends on the service, nail length, and any art or add-ons, and is quoted to you before the service begins. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. All services are final once performed.
4. Health & sanitation
Your safety matters to us. Tools are cleaned and disinfected between guests, and single-use items are used where appropriate. Please let your technician know in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, infections, injuries, or medical conditions (including pregnancy or diabetes) that could affect your service. We may decline a service where it is not safe to proceed.
5. Satisfaction
We want you to love your nails. If something isn’t right, tell us before you leave or within a reasonable time and we’ll do our best to make it right with a touch-up or fix. Refunds are at our discretion, as services already performed cannot be undone.
6. Children & premises
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times for their safety around equipment and supplies. You enter and use our premises, including the parking area, at your own risk, and you agree to report any hazard to our staff promptly.
7. Personal belongings
Please keep your personal items with you. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings left on the premises.
8. Photography
We may photograph completed nail work for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer your hands or feet not be photographed or shared, just let us know and we’ll honor that.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
